Processing (focus assists, overlays, encoding) happens <strong>on device</strong>.</p> <h2>Data we do not collect</h2> <p>We do not intentionally collect:</p> <ul> <li>Name, email, or account credentials (the app has no login)</li> <li>Precise or coarse location for our servers</li> <li>Advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking</li> <li>Analytics packages that identify you to us (unless you later add one—this policy must then be updated)</li> <li>Payment or financial data inside the app (no IAP in v1.0)</li> </ul> <h2>Third parties</h2> <p>The app uses Apple frameworks (AVFoundation, Photos, Metal, etc.). Media may sync via <strong>your</strong> iCloud Photos settings—that is controlled by Apple and your Apple ID, not by FiCameraPro servers.</p> <p>We do not sell your personal information.</p> <h2>Children</h2> <p>FiCameraPro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.</p> <h2>Data retention</h2> <p>Because we do not operate a FiCameraPro backend for your media, we do not retain your photos/videos on developer servers. Content on your device (and any Apple sync you enable) remains under your control.</p> <h2>Your choices</h2> <ul> <li>Deny or revoke Camera / Microphone / Photos access in iOS Settings → FiCameraPro.</li> <li>Delete the app to remove the app from your device (Photos content you saved remains in Photos unless you delete it there).</li> </ul> <h2>Website</h2> <p>This marketing website may log standard server metadata (IP address, user agent, requested path) through our hosting provider for security and reliability. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.</p> <h2>Changes</h2> <p>We may update this policy. The “Effective date” will change.
